Both our modern and vintage cameras are fully insured. We understand accidents may happen!
You may find there are small scratches and dents on our cameras, especially our vintage ones! We don't mind about small wear and tear, it is expected.
We do however hope you treat our equipment the same as how you would treat your own. Please keep one guest with our cameras at all times to prevent theft and damages. (Having one person assigned also helps you capture enough content in the day).
All we ask is that you inform us before you send the cameras back to us. If the couriers damage an item you won't be held responsible.

You will receive your cameras at least 2 weeks before your wedding day.
We do have a strong contingency plan in place to ensure your cameras make it in time for your big day.
As a company we always have extra cameras in place incase a previous one from the wedding before yours has been damaged, lost or if the courier has been delayed.
All camcorders are sent Next Day and signed delivery and AirTags are featured in all our packages.
You will need to be in to sign on delivery and also be present for the collection when we send a courier around to your home.

Jordan, our founder has edited over 100 wedding videos with the 'film it yourself' style and has overseen around 200 other videos, she has never found a video that hasn't been able to be made into something. Phew!
In our packages we do include a 'Top Tip' manual to capture the most and best amount of content during the day. We highly recommend picking two guests (not the brides and grooms please!) to keep the cameras on them at all times. Of course, feel free to pass the camcorder around to other guests to capture all kinds of content.
It is incredibly rare for us to receive content that is unusable. Due to this we have never and will not partially/fully refund any couples. Each video regardless of what is captured is special and our editors will do our absolute utmost to make what we have, the best!
On average most couples film between 150-200 clips which makes a 30-45min video.

Depending on how much/what type of footage has been filmed this will vary.
We aim to create an edit between 15 min and 1 hr long.You can of course customise the length in our post-wedding questionnaire. We will ask you if you'd like to film and include all of the ceremony, speeches and first dance.
It’s hard to estimate the length of your video due to what types of clips you film, there is no wrong option though!

Absolutely never a problem! Editing is like art, it is subjective. Any of our packages allow one round of amends. We will provide you with a sheet to fill and ask what you’d like changing/removing.
Due to the time it takes to create amends we do have to charge for any amendments made after the first round has been completed. All we ask is that you write down anything you would like changing, no matter how long that list is within the first round!

Within our boxes you will receive fully charged camcorders, two batteries per camcorder, aesthetic carry case, waterproof shipping case, a mini light and a tripod. We will also include our manual to create the best video possible.
You'll also find some packing tape and all the essentials you will need for you to send the camcorders back.

Yes! In your pre-wedding questionnaire we will ask you to choose 5 songs from our library and one extra as a back-up.
We recommend you picking 2 slower, emotional songs but also 2 upbeat songs. Our wedding videos typically turn out to be 'fun' and we need the music to match!
You will see in our library that our music we provide is limited in terms of 'mainstream' music. This is due to copyright laws. We never want to put our business or our couples at risk of legal issues. It may be common practice for suppliers to use copyrighted music in the wedding industry but this is not something we are willing to risk as both us and the couple will be held responsible, and it includes huge fines!
